Limited seats · Serious operators only

Sound familiar?

The reality you are probably running on.

  • You cannot take a real vacation because the shop falls apart when you are not there to babysit every job.
  • You print same-day-of-delivery, which makes production feel reactive instead of planned.
  • Jobs stall in production because no one is sure what the next step is or who owns it.
  • Files live across desktops, emails, and random folders — finding the right version is a scavenger hunt.
  • Your team guesses on materials and install approach, then you eat the cost when it fails.
  • You are constantly reprinting panels because files, measurements, or materials were wrong the first time.

The 2-day agenda

Two days. Every system you need.

01

Day One

Production Mastery

  • The 8-stage production workflow — map yours, name the two stages that are silently losing money
  • Standardized offerings sheet — kill custom quotes; pick the 4-5 service tiers you will offer all year
  • Design approval checklist — the revision-count rule that ends scope creep at proof round three
  • Pre-press, print, and install QC checklists — the same operating discipline IGX and Vinyl Images run on the floor today
  • Material tracking + waste reduction system — go in not knowing your waste percentage, walk out with it on paper

02

Day Two

Business Growth

  • Define your market — pick a lane (commercial vs boutique), name your ideal customer, write the differentiation that filters bad-fit leads out
  • 30-day sales action plan — the 30-touch rule, the target list, who runs outreach when you stop being the only seller
  • The four-hire roadmap — shop helper, junior installer, admin, lead installer. Revenue triggers and pay ranges named, in order
  • Net profit margin clinic — the number most attendees walk in unable to state. By lunch on Day 2, you will know yours and the target you should be hitting
  • 12-month growth plan — quarterly revenue targets, key actions per quarter, three obstacles named with a solution under each

Walk out with

A workbook full of systems.

Not a binder of notes. Filled-in tools you will be using inside a week of getting home.

  1. 01

    Standardized offerings sheet

The 4-5 service tiers you will quote in under 10 minutes — included, excluded, base price, typical timeline.

  2. 02

    Design approval checklist

Revision count locked, written approval required, charge-per-extra-round defined. Ends the post-approval scope-creep argument.

  3. 03

    Pre-press and print checklist

Panel prep, color check, file export, test print, lamination, QC checkpoints. The reprint-prevention system on one page.

  4. 04

    Install and QC checklist

Pre-install vehicle documentation, mid-install alignment check, pre-delivery sign-off. The lever that gets you off the floor.

  5. 05

    Material tracking system

Per-job material used / wasted / waste percentage / reason. Monthly review template plus your 90-day waste-reduction target.

  6. 06

    Market definition document

Commercial or boutique. Ideal customer profile. Average job value. Geographic focus. The differentiation line you say out loud on sales calls.

  7. 07

    30-day sales action plan

Daily touch goal, channel mix, target list of 20-30 named businesses, who runs the outreach when you stop being the only seller.

  8. 08

Hiring roadmap — next three hires

Role title, tasks, revenue trigger, pay range, success metrics. Includes the production-rate baseline and hiring scorecard you will use to interview.

  9. 09

    12-month growth plan

Current state, 12-month revenue and profit-margin target, quarterly milestones, three obstacles named with a solution under each.

Read this twice

Is this for you?

Yes if you

  • Run an existing wrap shop and you have hit a ceiling you cannot push through
  • Are the bottleneck in your shop and you know it
  • Cannot state your current net profit margin in a single sentence right now
  • Want to leave with filled-in systems on paper, not a notebook full of motivation
  • Will work the workbook on the plane home, not on a shelf in March

No if you

  • Want another course you will buy, watch the first three videos of, and never finish
  • Are looking for installation training — that is not what this room teaches
  • Want hype and a weekend high. We will not deliver one
  • Do not have a wrap shop running yet — start somewhere smaller first
  • Are not the decision-maker in your business. The owner needs to be in the room

Built by

Three founders.
Three shops. Zero theory.

Wrap Shop Academy is not a consultant program. Every cofounder runs a wrap business right now.

Dan Workman, Identity Graphx

Dan Workman

Identity Graphx

Started Identity Graphx in his parents' 2-car garage. Grew it into a 7-figure commercial wrap powerhouse in Salt Lake City. Specializes in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fleet branding.

Brent Knott, Design It Wraps & Upfitting

Brent Knott

Design It Wraps & Upfitting

Owner of Design It Wraps. Founder of TorqCRM + Wrap Shop Talk. Scaled solo installer to multi-location 7-figure operation. Runs the business remotely from Guadalajara — eight months out of the shop and counting.

John Duever, Vinyl Images

John Duever

Vinyl Images

Owner of Vinyl Images. Known across the industry for operational excellence and the systems that make it repeatable. Proved you can build a wrap business that runs without you.

Frequently asked

Real answers.

What's actually included?
Two days at Vinyl Images, 2009 W Osage St, Pacific MO (St. Louis metro). Every workshop session. The full workbook with nine filled-in exit artifacts. Lunch both days and a group dinner Day 1. Lodging not included — recommended hotels go out to the waitlist once the next dates are set.
Why limit seats?
Past a certain point, individual coaching breaks down and you become a face in a crowd. We would rather work through your shop's actual numbers — your waste percentage, your net profit margin, your hiring next steps — than deliver a keynote to a room.
Will there be installation training?
No. Every other channel in the industry already covers installation. Printing Profits is operations only — pricing, hiring, materials sourcing, marketing, sales, finance, layout, systems. That is where the leverage lives for owners who have stopped scaling.
What if I have not started a wrap shop yet?
This one is not for you. Most of the content assumes you already have a shop running — typically $40-80K per month with the owner stuck as the bottleneck. Start with our free Facebook group, build to a steady monthly run rate, and come back.
What does "couldn't state their net profit margin" mean?
It is the line from the Workshop 1 after-action report. Most attendees walked in unable to say what number they were actually clearing after all costs. By lunch on Day 2 you will know yours, the target you should be hitting, and the levers that move it.
Who is in the room teaching?
Dan Workman (Identity Graphx, Salt Lake City — 7-figure commercial shop), Brent Knott (Design It Wraps, founder of TorqCRM — runs his shop remotely from Guadalajara), and John Duever (owner of Vinyl Images — the host venue and the operator the rest of the industry quietly studies). All three are in the room for both days.
Refund policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before the workshop. Inside 30 days, your seat transfers to the next workshop. No haggling — just tell us.

90 days from now

Imagine this.

  • You walk into the shop and already know what is getting quoted, printed, and installed this week.
  • Jobs move through a clear workflow. No one waits on you to figure out what is next.
  • Designers use standard templates. Files are named the same way every time.
  • Your printer tech is not chasing art, proofs, or approvals in six different places.
  • Reprints are the exception, not the norm.
  • Your pipeline is full. You have a clear 12-month vision and a step-by-step path to get there.
  • You spend more of your time leading and less fighting fires on the shop floor.

If you are sick of repeating the same year over and over with no real traction, this workshop is your next step.
